This is a Certification class. Class will show students how to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments to them for use in developing home price options. Guide sellers and buyers through the details of CMAs and the underlying pricing principles that inform them. As well as interact effectively with appraisers. 

This course can be used as an elective for both CE and towards getting a NAR designation.
